Our studio is a place of inspiration and creativity, where no idea is a bad idea. We value open communication and hire local talent to create exceptional design & marketing campaigns accessible for local businesses to big corporations.
After years of experience as an in-house and freelance designer Ryan McCann decided to follow his vision and created a boutique design agency in Lismore. But then… 2022 hey! Like so many others, we were hit pretty hard by the devastating floods in Lismore but are excited to finally be back on our feet with a new office in Lennox Heads.
We’re a team of driven, creative, self-educating individuals developing exciting, passion fuelled results for our clients. It’s not just a job to us, it’s who we are. It’s how we express ourselves. We’re trusted time and time again for delivering big results. Some of the biggest companies in the world trust us to deliver their in-depth campaigns and projects – you can too.

We’re massive advocates of Regional Australia and the amazing ideas that are fostered in the Northern Rivers, that transform into successful businesses and enterprises. Us included.
Being based in the epic beachside town of Lennox Head, nestled between Byron Bay and Ballina, inspires our creativity and helps us create fun and user-friendly web designs, unique logo design or fun social media concepts. Anything is possible in our little world!

What’s with the name “Lion & Lamb”?
It’s our origin and our ethos; That the best businesses are equal part Lion and equal part Lamb.
We’ve worked with countless small businesses and corporate clients and again and again we see that the greatest businesses share one important trait. They are the ‘lions’ or alphas of their industry, leading the way – but they are also the ones who nurture their people, their communities, the environment, making a difference in society.
